meditate in the beautiful SMC studio and feel the power of meditating
together. Nicole will begin by leading the group with a few chants.
There will be guidance for those new to meditation and plenty of time
for those with experience to go deeply into their practice. At each
twenty minute interval there will be an opportunity for those who need
to leave early to quietly do so. The session will conclude with

You will be guided by Nicole in the ancient effective techniques of yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda

This Yoga Topic is a great overview and introduction to yoga philosophy, history and paths of yoga. The course is more than just discussion! We will sample meditation, chanting and yoga as we dynamically learn about yoga's roots and its relevance to us today.
